BRITISH NIGERIAN INFLUENCER DIES AFTER PENIS ENLARGEMENT PROCEDURE IN THAILAND
British Nigerian businessman and social media personality Igho Ubiribo, popularly known as Tiny or Ego, reportedly died after undergoing a cosmetic penis enlargement procedure during a trip to Thailand.
Details surrounding the 43 year old’s death emerged during an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court.
According to evidence presented at the inquest, Ubiribo underwent the procedure at a clinic in Bangkok in March 2026.
The procedure reportedly involved injecting approximately 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid combined with lidocaine into his penis.
Ubiribo had travelled to Thailand with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen.
CHEST PAIN AFTER PROCEDURE
Following the procedure, Ubiribo and his wife reportedly went for a massage.
He subsequently complained of chest pain and collapsed.
He was taken to Sukhumvit Hospital in Bangkok, where doctors diagnosed a pulmonary embolism, a potentially fatal condition in which an artery in the lungs becomes blocked.
Medical staff reportedly performed CPR for more than 100 minutes while attempting to save him.
He was pronounced dead during the early hours of March 6.
POSTMORTEM REPORTEDLY LINKS DEATH TO COSMETIC PROCEDURE
Ubiribo’s body was later returned to the United Kingdom, where a postmortem examination was conducted.
According to evidence presented during the inquest, cellular material discovered in blood vessels in his lungs was consistent with the hyaluronic acid used during the enlargement procedure.
Coroner Jean Harkin reportedly concluded that Ubiribo died from a pulmonary embolism caused by the cosmetic procedure.
The finding provides new information surrounding a death that had previously generated considerable speculation online.
Earlier reports had described Ubiribo’s death as resulting from a heart attack.
LAVISH FUNERAL ATTRACTED ATTENTION
Ubiribo was known on social media for displaying an extravagant lifestyle and had built a significant online following.
He was buried in London in May 2026.
Nigerian music superstar Davido attended the funeral and delivered an emotional tribute, while businessman and socialite Cubana Chief Priest was also among the prominent mourners. (PeopleCabal)
Reports surrounding the funeral claimed that Ubiribo was buried in an extremely expensive gold coloured coffin.
However, claims placing the coffin’s value at approximately $745,000 should be treated cautiously unless supported by documentation from the manufacturer or family.
COSMETIC PROCEDURES CARRY MEDICAL RISKS
Hyaluronic acid fillers are widely used in cosmetic medicine, but injecting substances into the body can carry complications.
The reported findings in Ubiribo’s case highlight the importance of understanding the potential risks associated with invasive cosmetic procedures and ensuring that treatment is performed by appropriately qualified medical professionals.
His death has now attracted renewed attention months after his burial because of the findings presented during the London inquest.
