POLICE ARREST FATHER OVER ALLEGED ABUSE OF 13 YEAR OLD SON IN ABA

Abia State Police have arrested Uzoma Uwaeme over the alleged abuse of his 13 year old son in Aba after a disturbing video circulated online. Police say the boy was rescued, received medical treatment and is in stable condition under protective custody while the State Criminal Investigation Department investigates the case.
