10-WOMAN BLACK MAIDENS STUN ARGENTINA IN PENALTY DRAMA TO STORM INTO WORLD CUP QUARTER-FINALS
Ghana’s Black Maidens have reached the quarter-finals of the 2026 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup after defeating Argentina 5–4 on penalties following a 1–1 draw in Rabat. Jessica Appiah gave Ghana the lead in the 16th minute before Hajara Adam was sent off in the 77th minute.
