Saudi Arabia, Russia and five OPEC+ producers to keep oil output steady in October

Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman will maintain their September oil production levels through October 2026. The seven producers have combined required production of about 31.01 million barrels per day and will meet again on October 4 to review market conditions. Nigeria is not part of this specific voluntary production mechanism.
