GHANA EXPLORES GAS FOR ELECTRICITY TRADE ARRANGEMENT WITH NIGERIA
Ghana is exploring an energy arrangement with Nigeria that could see Nigerian natural gas supplied to Ghana for electricity generation, with Ghana subsequently exporting electricity back to Nigeria. Deputy Energy Minister Richard Gyan Mensah says discussions are underway as Ghana seeks to expand regional electricity trade.
