NEW MEXICO SUES JEFFREY EPSTEIN’S FORMER LAWYER AND ACCOUNTANT OVER ALLEGED ROLE IN FINANCING AND CONCEALING SEX TRAFFICKING
New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez has filed a federal civil lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein’s former attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn, accusing them of helping finance, facilitate and conceal Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation, including activities connected to his Zorro Ranch in New Mexico. The two men deny knowing about the abuse. The state is seeking to stop them from receiving payments from Epstein’s estate, restrict distributions from the 1953 Trust and recover damages, restitution and other assets for survivors. Reuters
