GHANA JUDICIARY BRINGS AI INTO THE COURTS AS KWAME AI PARTNERS JUDICIAL SERVICE
The Judicial Service of Ghana is expanding its use of artificial intelligence through a partnership with Kwame AI Incorporated, giving judges and magistrates access to the company’s Eskwai legal-AI platform. The technology can help judicial officers search Ghanaian case law and legislation, review documents and prepare drafts, while final legal reasoning and decisions remain the responsibility of judges. The project forms part of a wider judicial digitalisation effort that also includes electronic filing, authentication and service of court documents.
