Deputy Attorney General Dr Justice Srem Sai has questioned the independence and consistency of the Ghana Bar Association leadership following its criticism of remarks by Chief Justice Paul Baffoe Bonnie. He argues that the association must demonstrate that it applies the same standards to similar comments from judicial officers.
