HOUTHIS STRIKE YEMEN PRESIDENTIAL PALACE IN ADEN, KILLING FIVE AS WAR ESCALATES
Iran-aligned Houthi forces attacked Yemen’s Al-Maashiq presidential palace complex in Aden on October 15, killing five people and wounding at least 16. Prime Minister Shaya al-Zindani and cabinet members were unharmed. The Houthis said they targeted Saudi military facilities inside the compound, while Yemen’s government said the palace was struck with missiles and drones. The attack comes amid intensifying Houthi-Saudi hostilities and worsening fighting around Taiz. Reuters
